Youth Mentorship
Program
Guidance. Connection. Possibility.
EXPOSE’s Youth Mentorship Program connects young people with caring mentors, professionals, and community leaders who provide encouragement, guidance, and real-world perspective as they navigate school, careers, and personal growth.
Mentorship may take place one-to-one or in a group setting, allowing us to create meaningful experiences based on the needs of the young people and the program.

Mentorship That Meets Youth Where They Are
Young people are often asked what they want to become before they have had the opportunity to see what is possible.
Our mentorship program helps change that.
Through conversations, activities, career exposure, and relationships with positive role models, participants gain access to experiences and perspectives that can help them make informed decisions about their future.
Mentors do more than give advice. They listen, encourage, share their experiences, and help young people recognize their own strengths.

Become a Mentor

You do not need to have all the answers to make a difference.
Mentors can support young people by sharing their experiences, listening to their ideas, answering questions, providing encouragement, and helping them see opportunities they may not have considered.
