Women’s Scholarship Program
Skills. Opportunity. Independence.
EXPOSE’s Women’s Scholarship Program creates pathways for young women to gain practical vocational skills, build sustainable careers, and pursue economic independence.
Through scholarships, hands-on training, mentorship, and entrepreneurship support, participants gain more than an education; they gain the tools and confidence to turn their skills into opportunity.

Creating Pathways Through Skills
The Women’s Scholarship Program began through a collaboration between EXPOSE and 2nd Image International School in Accra, Ghana, providing ambitious young women with opportunities to pursue vocational education and develop marketable skills.
EXPOSE’s commitment extends beyond tuition. Participants receive support designed to help them transition from training to employment or entrepreneurship, including essential tools, mentorship, and ongoing guidance.
Our goal is simple: help women turn practical skills into sustainable livelihoods.

From Scholarship to Entrepreneurship
Education is the beginning. The next step is creating an opportunity to put those skills into action.
EXPOSE supports participants as they move from students to skilled professionals and entrepreneurs. Depending on their field of study, graduates may receive essential tools and resources to help them begin working independently or establish their own businesses.
Ongoing mentorship provides additional guidance as they navigate the challenges of building careers, serving customers, managing their work, and becoming financially independent.
Possibility in Action
From Scholarship Recipient to Entrepreneur
Marvis is a powerful example of possibility in action.
With support from an EXPOSE scholarship, she completed her education and transformed her passion for fashion into a growing business of her own.
Today, Marvis is not only a fashion designer and entrepreneur, she is helping create opportunities for other aspiring designers.
Through Mavismade Couture, and in partnership with EXPOSE, she is helping provide the next generation of women with practical fashion training, mentorship, and a pathway toward economic independence.
One scholarship helped create an entrepreneur. Now that entrepreneur is helping create opportunities for others.

Diploma in Fashion Design Through Apprenticeship
EXPOSE now provides scholarships for eligible participants to pursue a Diploma in Fashion Design through the Apprenticeship Program at Mavismade Couture.
The program combines structured instruction with hands-on studio experience, giving participants the opportunity to learn fashion design while developing practical, real-world skills.
